All shipments will be processed from the city of Medellín, Antioquia.
NATIONAL SHIPMENTS
For the municipalities of Medellín, Envigado, Sabaneta, Itagüí, and Bello, all express shipments are free for the customer; orders placed on business days before 3:00 pm will be delivered the same day, or no later than 8:00 pm. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be delivered the following business day.
For the rest of the municipalities within the Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley, orders are delivered within one (1) to three (3) business days, counting from the business day following the purchase.
For major cities, shipping takes two (2) to five (5) business days, starting the business day following purchase. Major cities, in addition to Medellin, include Armenia, Barranquilla, Bogota DC, Bucaramanga, Cali, Cartagena, Cucuta, Ibague, Manizales, Monteria, Neiva, Pasto, Pereira, Santa Marta, Sincelejo, Valledupar, and Villavicencio.
For San Andrés Island, shipments take ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days, counting from the business day following purchase.
For the rest of the cities, orders take four (4) to seven (7) business days, counting from the business day following the purchase.
Shipping is free only for the municipalities of Medellín, Envigado, Sabaneta, Itagüí, and Bello. For all other destinations, there will be a shipping fee, which will be notified through our website at the time of purchase and payment.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
We work with partner carriers and are subject to their delivery times, terms, and conditions.
"Express Shipping" refers to the shipping method in which items are shipped the same day they are purchased, provided the order is placed before 3:00 p.m. on a business day and the delivery is to the municipalities of Medellín, Envigado, Sabaneta, Itagüí, or Bello. This is only valid if the product is available and the express service is active in the specified cities.

Please note the following:
- The transaction must be made in US dollars (USD).
- Shipping costs depend on the geographic location where the shipment will be made, and the customer will assume the full shipping cost.
- Products will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.
- Once you've selected your desired product and accepted the shipping cost, a link will take you to the payment platform (PayPal) for a secure and fast checkout.
- The selected product will be delivered within an estimated period of ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days, counting from the day after purchase.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted and valid payment methods are those processed through PayPal.
