TRAINING AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONTRACT

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product to ANCESTRY UP CROWN SAS in the same condition in which it was received. When coordinating the return with the customer, the shipping costs will be communicated, specifying at that time who will assume said costs.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (Law 1480 of 2011) and considering the commercial activities of ANCESTRY UP CROWN SAS, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases: 1) contracts for the supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, and 2) contracts for the acquisition of items for personal use (underwear, socks, swimsuits, etc.).

If the products were purchased directly from our stores, there is no right of withdrawal, and the money paid will not be refunded. However, ANCESTRY UP CROWN SAS offers the option of exchanging the product or issuing an in-store credit under the conditions established in this document.
REVERSE PAYMENT
The law establishes that in sales made through electronic commerce mechanisms, such as the Internet, where a credit, debit card, or any other electronic payment instrument has been used to make the payment, the participants in the payment process must reverse the payments requested by the consumer when they have been a victim of fraud, or the transaction was unauthorized, or the purchased product was not received, or the product delivered did not correspond to what was requested or was defective.
To proceed with a payment reversal, within five (5) business days following the date on which the consumer became aware of the fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, or should have received the product, or received it defective or different from what was requested, the consumer must file a complaint with ANCESTRY UP CROWN SAS, return the product when applicable, and notify the issuer of the electronic payment instrument used for the purchase, who, along with the other participants in the payment process, will reverse the transaction to the buyer.
DOCUMENT EQUIVALENT TO AN INVOICE
The invoice will be sent with the purchased product to the address provided by the customer. However, if the product is purchased as a gift and the user does not wish to send an invoice, it will be sent via data message to the registered email address.
ORIGIN OF FUNDS
The client expressly declares, freely and voluntarily, that the funds derived from its commercial activities come from lawful activities, that is, they do not come from any illegal activity contemplated in the Colombian Penal Code or any other related law, exempting and releasing ANCESTRY UP CROWN SAS from any criminal, civil, fiscal or financial liability in this regard.
In addition, the client directly guarantees that its partners, shareholders, affiliates, or beneficial owners, in the case of a legal entity: 1) have not been and are not currently included in any of the lists administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the United States Department of the Treasury or any similar entity; 2) are not under ongoing investigation, nor have they been charged or convicted for drug trafficking, money laundering, or terrorist financing; and 3) their assets, businesses, and resources, as well as those of their shareholders, are derived from lawful activities.
